The Newport News (VA) Chapter of the Links, Incorporated awards a $2,500 scholarship to a graduating high school female senior within our service areas of Newport News, Williamsburg-James City County, York County, and Gloucester, Virginia. The scholarship is available to a young lady who has demonstrated academic achievement and leadership in her school and community and will matriculate at either an accredited Historically Black College or University (HBCU) degree-granting four-year college or university or an accredited two-year college.
